What we collect

When you use the quote form we receive your name, your business name, your phone number and your location, plus which page you sent it from and how you found the site.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies, and you can block them in your browser. It records visits and clicks on our call, email and quote buttons; it never receives what you type into the form.

Where your message goes

Your message travels over an encrypted connection to this website's server, which passes it to the lead service run by our website provider, Summit AI Solutions. The lead service keeps a copy of your message and sends it to us by email, with a copy to Summit AI Solutions.

Before the form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. With your message, the lead service records how it was checked: whether that check passed, how long the form took to fill in, your approximate town and the kind of network you used, and whether you have contacted us before. It never stores your IP address itself.

Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the lead service.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to do the work you ask about. We never sell, rent or trade your information.

How long it is kept

The lead service keeps your message for 18 months, then deletes it. A submission that looks automated is kept for 30 days for review, and a likely sales pitch for 90 days. We keep the emailed copy until you ask us to delete it.

To ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction or deletion, email us at [email protected]. We delete our emailed copy and have Summit AI Solutions delete the lead service's copy.
